ok i've decided to come up with a new blog design. despite being like deprived of my beauty sleep for the past dunno how many years already. anyway. its gonna come up soon. so watch this space.. dun move those eyeballs too far away. because some time some place some how, when u least expect it. someone, i.e. yours truly will come up and change this blog skin =) and it'll make you smile. argh. wtf am i saying. i'm suffering from lack of sleep syndrome. and its killing me.... =(
tmrs commontest. and the beginning of the mugging session for the next five days. i dunno how i'll do. but i'm praying for the best and of course i wouldnt expect anything less than the best. however, looking @ the amt i studied for jap. i would be happy with a pass. but hey aim for the moon so that if u fall, u'll fall among the stars. i'll aim for a... mmhm. C sounds reasonable. maybe high C. =) if thats even possible with my standard.
the rest of the subjects i have different expectations. chem and bio defintely much higher than physics. cos i dun really like physics but i do enjoy the other two. so mugging for those two are not THAT hard comparatively to how i slogged for physics. but considering that i didnt really SLOG that hard for physics anyway, i'll have to be content saying that i mugged for whatever i thought was impt or IS going to be impt. hmm.
maths. practice makes perfect. weiwei's been asking some terribly hard maths qns. and they happen to come from past years commontest papers.. GAWD. does that mean i'll die? no of course not. confidence is half the battle won. i'll tell myself that i can do maths. unlike someone who failed maths of course.. so yea. =) hahaha.
oh and zing gave me a nice banana which she bought from berlin! so cute! its this yellow squeezable (dun squeeze my banana too hard tho or it might burst) thing that has got rather nice smelling yellow shower gel or cream or wadeva u call it inside. of course i wont USE the gel. cos it'll be on display. looks VERY cute. thanks lots zing. very nice of you to have remmebered ur church mates while holidaying.

by popular demand, i shall start blogging once again. gawd. its taking so much of my time.. i just wanna sleep. but to all my avid fans and readers out there, heres a little piece of my life. whether u like it or not. thats a different matter altogether.
anyway, as i was saying, lets start with yesterday. so what did i do yesterday. i played tennis! again. bleh. nothing very interesting but i've found a way to counter weiwei's strokes for tennis. i REALLY do hope that i can beat hulin, rui and wei some day @ tennis. maybe 60 years down the road i'll be able to do that huh. but meanwhile, i shall start finding faults with their playing styles and see what i can get out of all of them.
i must say i did quite well against weiwei yesterday. lost to him 6-3. but it was quite a good score. managed to prevent him from using any of his powerful forehand shots. rui was different tho, was up 3-2 against him when an irritating security guard came round to say we didnt book the court until that time. bleh. these ppl so picky for what. bitches. and yea, weiwei cant take high balls. i feel kinda proud. i was able to exert MY style of play on his ok. he was kinda unhappy abt it tho.. maybe he thot it was lousy tennis, cos i purposely kept on hitting high balls. but hey, its a tactic and if it can win, who cares. =) hahaha..
oh and we watched mr and mrs smith. it was SOO funny, brad pitt and angelina jolie. twenty thumbs up for that show, everyone shud go watch it.. nice show! hilarious bits throughout. angelina was quite funny. funnier than brad pitt, but they both acted very well. and there wasnt much of a plot. but it was still goood. =)
todae was kinda an eye opener. went down to FSI (Fencing Singapore International) to help out with the score keeping and nonsense for fencing @ Singapore Sports School. i saw so many ppl! russians, koreans, japanese, taiwanese, australians. most of them were nice. it was my first time scorekeeping actually. was nervous the first round, but after that, i became very adept at the remote control, which was used to change the score etc.
there were 2 fencers who were VERY outstanding in my opinion.
1. Song Yu Ri (Korea) she was DAMN good larh. nimble and lightning quick. she had this accelerate past the opponent move that would drive her towards her opponent at lightning fast pace, poke her opponent, then rush past her.. and she gets her points. not bad. she was ranked 3rd for Women's Epee.
2. Khairullin Artur (Russia) he was our favourite fencer for foil cos he was the tallest and the best from our piste. he was nicknamed ashton kucher becos he looks like him.. not bad. he fought against this very fleet footed korean guy who beat him in the finals. 15-4. he put up a good fight tho.. =) very outstanding 2nd place Men's foilist.
other than that, there was the terrible food @ FSI. ended up koping a packet of chicken rice that i ate cos i was so hungry. chicken rice wasnt for us actually, but who cares since there were leftovers and juliana wanted to throw them away. BLEH. waste food.
it was quite fun to see all the diff styles of fencing. we may not reach their standard, but at least it gives us a gauge of how we stand (like shit) next to them. and gives us some sort of goal to work towards. honourable mention to the korean mens foil finalist. he was VERY VERY fast. in general all the koreans were very fast. there was this demon looking like guy called MOON from korea also, damn fast. but one bad thing is that these koreans are like barbarians and monkeys, always shouting and screaming at the top of their voices and they were taking photos on the first place position when they werent even first place. such losers. bleh. hate them.
i dislike most of them, but the two, SONG and the mens foil overall winner deserve my admiration. they were better than the rest lor. barbaric koreans. and aloysius is in korea currently. how random!
